Answer: Answer: You can fax us your full order information to 86-10-85826425, we will reply and confirm your order as soon as we receive your fax, please noted that our services are on 24 hours. But please be sure your order information include: Requested delivery date, recipient full name, recipientĄ¯s contact number, requested delivery address, the item you prefer to deliver, your card message, together with the senderĄ¯s information and credit card payment information, including card number, card holderĄ¯s name, expireation date, verify number(3 digits), and sign your name before fax to us.

Answer: If your order was placed one day ahead or for same day delivery order placed and confirmed by 11:00am, we can guarantee the delivery on time as per your request. For some remote places, the same day delivery can not be made, we will keep you informed in time.

Question: What will you do if the flowers I chose is out of stock or not available?
Answer: Please refer to our substitution policy. We will try our every effort to meet you need, but if we canĄ¯t, we will substitute the requested flowers with similar and same valued flowers or higher quality and valued flowers.

Question: What will you do if my order can not be delivered on my requested day?
Answer: We always try to contact with the receiver before our delivery to make sure someone will be there to sign for our delivery, so, please provide us valid phone number and if mobile number will be great. We do like this just to sure that the order will be delivered sucessfully. If for our courierĄ¯s reason, the order can not be delivered, we can re-deliver the order following day or make full refund to you, it is up to you!

Question: How do you deliver the flowers throught your country?
Answer: We are affiliated with thousand of flowers shops located all around China, they will execute the delivery for us and report to us directly.

Question: Can I order flowers for weekend delivery or your national holidays delivery?
Answer: Yes, we can. But for some cities, the florists will be closed on Sunday and some public holidays, the Sunday and holidays delivery order will be limited. But, we will do our best to have your flowers delivered on time, and keep you posted on this.
