We are pleased that transflower.com offers free delivery service for all our flowers and gifts. There will be no service charge for all items to be delivered within our delivery coverage area in China, the amount you see on our website is what you need to pay.
If you request any specific delivery time, we will do our utmost to meet your request, but we can't guarantee, due to the traffice situation and circumstances. But this doesn't include the Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's and China Lunar New Year Day.
Place your order earlier and we will try our utmost to meet your desired delivery date and time. In certain areas, due to unavailability of delivery service, delivery requested on Sunday or Public Holidays may be delivered "a day earlier" or "a day after" the requested date, but we will let you know this situation in advance by email.
Same Day Delivery:
For Same Day Delivery Request, please be sure to submit your order before 1:30pm our local tim (GMT + 8). Please note that orders received before 13:00pm on weekdays and Saturday will be delivered on the same day unless speicified otherwise. Order made after 13:00pm on weekdays, Saturday and Sunay will be delivered on the following Monday.
Double check your order before submittion:
Double check your information before submitting any order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, post code, contact number and delivery date. Any incomplete address, phone number, information of Sender and Receiver may delay the delivery. We reserve the right to reject a request for refund IF receiver refuse to accept your flowers delivered without sender's name, sympathy flowers delivered after a funeral occasion and/or receiver don't wish to accept flowers from the sender for some other reason. The flowers and gifts are considered delivered successfully.
Please ensure all the information you entered during the order process are complete and free or error. Transflower.com will not be liable fro any delay in orders due to incomplete or erroreneous information. Flowers and gifts can not be delivered to P.O.Boxes and some rural areas.
Please check your email immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email of confirmation from us. This email contains your order number as well as a summary of your order. If there is any changes to be made you may reply the email with the details of your order. We will do the necessary changes as per your request.
If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you via email given to us when you order online.
Substitution Policy:
Due to the seasonal conditions and availabilty of market, certain kind of flowers may not be suppied, we will substitute with equal or higher value, in order to deliver your order on time, we possiblly don't have time to confirm with you, but we will let you know by email.
