By placing an order with transflower.com, you either order online or call to order with us, it means you clear and agree to our following terms and conditions:
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% of your payment will be applied as cancellation fee. For any orders which are already on the way to the recipient, the full payment will be applied.
To cancel your order, if time is rough, please call us at 86-10-85826400 and quote your order number at the same time, we will be glad to help you to cancel the order, if time allows, you can place send your cancellation request to us at info@transflower.com, we will be happy to help you with the cancellation and confirm the cancellation with you by email without any delay.
Change to exist order:
All our staffs at Transflower.com will try our every effort to make any last-minute changes for you, but if for any order which already are on the way to the recipient, we cannot accept any changes. We can only guarantee the changes 12 working hours prior to the delivery date!
Delivery and delivery-related problems:
We provide free local delivery service in all major cities in China, but except almost all the surburb areas, islands, mountain area or on board vessels where we will charge an additional fee start from USD$5.00, it is depend on the different remote areas.
It is very important that the recipient address and contact nubmer you provide to us is accurate and the additional instructions you give us to help our couriers to locate difficult-to-find addresses.
In the event that we are unable to deliver your orders due to the following items:
A. The delivery address is incorrect or the recipient is no longer live at the delivery address and your given phone number is not working for us.
Please note that we may not receive information from our courier regarding a failed delivery for some time after its occurrence but we will try to notify you on your order status as soon as we can.
At the time of order placement, we insist that you check the recipient address is valide or not. If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge you a redelivery fee of USD$10.00 or up to the full original order value for delivery of fresh flowers to the correct address which was confirmed by you or by recipient again.
B. The recipient is not in at the time of our delivery.
If the recipient is not available when we attempt the delivery, we will:
(1) contact the recipient direclty to advise on the next time of convenience to re-deliver the flowers if you have prvoided us with a valid recipient number;
(2) Attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or guard office if we think it is appropriate and unless you donĄ¯t want us to do this ¨C our courier will try to leave the flowers there and leave a card at the recipient address. The card will be our proof of our delivery.
If our courier can not deliver the flowers for any of above options, we will contact you via phone call, if we failed to speak with you over the phone call, we will email you to inform you the delivery problem.
Hospital delivery issues:
Delveries to hospitals are often problematic because the patients move from ward to ward, or discharged at any time, maybe the sender doesnĄ¯t know this either. It is particularly important that you provide the full name of the recipient as there maybe have seveal patients with the same name. For some hospitals and some ward in the hospital, they refuse to accept any cut flowers, if like this, we are not responsible for any refunds.
In case the delivery to the recipient is not possible, for example, they canĄ¯t be located or have been discharged from the hospital, and then we will talk with you about this, if it is needed to be redelivery, we reserve the right to charge the redelivery servie fee or cancellation fee for the attempt of the flowers and wastage.
University-related delivery issues:
Due to the size of the campuses, sometimes it is difficult to locate the recipient around the universities. We may not be able to deliver the flowers to the recipients themselves and have to leave the flowers at the receptionist or staff room area. Please ensure that you include enough information for the recipient to be able to reach, or we will not be responsible for non-delivery complaint and full payment will be applied. If possible, please also leave us the recipient mobile number.
Other business address delivery issues:
In the event that our delivery between 09:00-19:00 fails due to the recipient is not available, or the business being closed, we will not accept any complaint fro the non-delivery and reserve the right to charge the full payment. If you want us to re-delivery the flowers to other place or other day, we will charge the flowers and delivery fee once again.
Delivery was refused:
Occasinally the flowers may be refused and our courier can not be advised any reason for this refused thing, not because of the quality of the flowers. We will not accept this kind of refusal and full payment will be charged.
Damaged flowers:
Although we do our best to ensure that the flowers not been damaged, but because of some unexpected reason, if you receive any damaged flowers, please contact us immediately we will arrange another same flowers delivery for your with out any additional charges.
Flower availability and sustitution:
Due to the seasonal conditions and availabilty of market, certain kind of flowers may not be suppied, we will substitute with equal or higher value, in order to deliver your order on time, we possiblly don't have time to confirm with you, but we will let you know by email.
